In my role at EE, I lead customer conversations to uncover real needs, translate them into appropriate technical solutions, and manage expectations in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Alongside this, I collaborate with data science teams on forecasting and analytics, giving me direct exposure to how technical systems are designed, evaluated, and communicated to non-technical stakeholders.
My background in Mathematics and Computer Science allows me to understand technical detail deeply - but my strength lies in explaining, aligning, and delivering solutions that actually make sense to the customer.
